Move the blog from one Gmail Account to another

I want to move my blog from one Gmail account to another. I deleted from one, but can't register my URL in the other

My goal is to start a blog with the URL pearlskitch.blogger.com for my business. I have two email accounts, a "personal" Gmail account and now a new account for the business. First I signed in using my personal account and opened a blog with my desired URL. Then I realized that it was more appropriate to have blog administered from the new business Gmail account. So I went to my dashboard at deleted the blog. I then signed out of my personal account and signed in to my business account and tried to create the blog again using the same desired URL. When I checked the availability of the URL, I was told it was not available. First I just figured it would take a few minutes. It is now 12 hours later and the name is still showing not available. If I go to the desired URL from my browser it is a dead page.
How can I get my desired URL back, and create a blog with it in my business Gmail account?

You have to wait 90 days!

Actually that was not the right method to move the blog. Eventhough your blog was deleted it would be locked to your original account. So just create the blog once again using your "personal" gmail account. Once you have created the blog, goto its Settings > Permissions > Add authors and inivite your "business email" there. Once you accept the invitation from the business email, log back with your personal email and and grant admin previlages your "business email". Once you are done with it, you can remove your "personal email" based author from the list of blog authors..
